The family of His Royal Highness, Onun Johnson Ukam -Ejekor, the Clan Head of Abayong community in Biase Local Govemment Area of Cross River State, says the burial of their matriarch, Monica Odubo Ukam-Ejekor, who passed away on Tuesday November 8, 2022, at the Federal Medical Centre Abuja, will hold on Saturday, December 17, 2022.

Details of the burial and attendant activities made available to www.calitown.com by the son of the deceased, Edodi Ukam Ejekor, further indicate that, opening of mourning house will take place on Thursday, December 15, 2022, at the deceased compound in Ijom Abayong, Biase LGA, Cross River State.

On Friday December 16, 2022, there will be a service of songs and Christian wake at the deceased compound.

The Presbyterian Church of Nigeria, will conduct the funeral service on Saturday, December 17, 2022, beginning from 9:00am, to be followed immediately by her committal to earth at the family compound.

Mma Monica Odubo Ukam-Ejekor, was until her death at the age of 75, a dutiful wife and mother, grandmother, mother in-law, sister, aunty, upright community leader, successful business woman and devoted Christian, who is survived by her husband, His Royal Highness, Onun Johnson Ukam -Ejekor, children, grandchildren, in-laws and an enlarged family of relatives, friends as well as acquaintances who will dearly miss her.
