Etaba Condoles The Ojongs

Chief Executive Officer of Good Future Oil, Michael Etaba, has commiserated with the family of Ntufam Matthew Ojong, a former gubernatorial aspirant of the defunct Social Democratic Party, SDP, who died in Abuja recently.

In a condolence letter addressed to Okimasi Ojong, son of the late Ntufam Ojong and made available to calitown.com,  Etaba expressed sadness that “Ntufam has left a void too difficult to fill in the family”. He also stated in the letter that the “family can take positive lessons from the enviable life Ntufam lived and strive to uphold the good name he left behind”. He further expressed believe that for all the man did and stood for, his approach to life “was thorough, people-centred and though provoking”.

In a society where mediocrity is often celebrated, Etaba was of the opinion that Ntufam Ojong, while alive, belonged to that fast fading ilk of men who challenged negative stereotypes and worked tirelessly to galvanize the hundreds of students who passed through him to stick to life’s positives and in the process help make society a better place to live in. He finally prayed that God will grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
