Raffle: Street Sweeper Wins Car In Ogoja

Yesterday, Saturday, July 29, 2018, consummate politician, newspaper columnist and humanitarian, Ray Ugba Morphy, gave away a Peugeot 406, in a raffle draw designed to make people in Cross River’s Northern senatorial district register and obtain their permanent voter’s cards, PVC. Annabel Moshe, a sweeper with Ogoja Urban 1, was the lucky winner. See pictures:
