Donald Duke Claims N5.6 Million Made In Three Years

Duke

Presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party, SDP, and former Cross River State governor, Donald Duke, says he earned a combined sum of N5, 618, 419 between 2015 and 2017. He also paid tax to the tune of N400, 000, within the same period.

This information was stated in Duke’s tax certificate with serial number 290664, attached to his Form CF001 and submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission. Duke came clear that the money was made entirely from business.

He came clear too that he has never been indicted for fraud by any competent court of law or judicial panel even and had never been involved in certificate forgery.

The former governor attached his school certificate from the West African Examination Council indicating that he passed all subjects in 1977. However, mathematics was not listed among the subjects he sat for. He also attached evidence to show that he graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, with a Second Class (lower division) in law.
