Abi/Yakurr House of Reps Candidate Sympathizes With Nko Community

John Ifere

My dear Kinsmen,

With a heavy heart, let me express my deepest sympathies to all my brothers and sisters from Nko. The displacement of most of you from your peaceful homes and zones of comfort in very condemnable circumstances is by no means devastating and heart wrenching.

My heart particularly bleeds for our lost loved ones in Nko. No sufficient words can express the loss of loved ones, who were not ill, but killed in very painful circumstances.

Sincerely, we cannot amplify the blame game but, matter of factly, if our political leadership was alive to her responsibilities, doing everything to avert the escalation of this crisis, the story would have been different.

Painfully, at the moment, negligible concern has been given to your circumstances but be assured that I will continually send prayers to God that He may lend you the strength to outlive this painful period.

I am obliged to lend you my modest shoulders to cry on, and help with your immediate needs to the best of my abilities. May our assurance of support bring you a measure of comfort and peace.

God bless us all!

John Ifere,

Labour Party House of Reps candidate.
