ACROJ Opens Website

Posted on April 6, 2014April 9, 2014 By Admin No Comments on ACROJ Opens Website

logoIn line with the demonstrated desire of the soon to be fully registered Association of Cross River Online Journalists, ACROJ, to make her activities open and within reach, the association has launched a website, www.acrojonline.org, as the first functional vehicle of the association.

ACROJ, the brainchild of online news personalities, Iwara Iwara, Agba Jalingo and Hope Obeten, seeks to institutionalise and moderate along professional lines, the practice of Cross River-centred online journalism as the practice attains a commanding presence in the scheme of things. Additionally, the website will with time become the virtual community for the creation, exchange and dissemination of web based Cross River news content.

Undoubtedly the trio who through their online platforms; www.calitown.com, www.crossriverwatch.com and www.calabarblogspot.com, share the commanding lead in the gathering and dissemination of CR-centred news and views, seem convinced that this platform will crank to life the importance of their respective online news activities.

The formal launch of the association is billed for later this year.
