Posted on November 22, 2022November 22, 2022 By Admin No Comments on CALABAR: Kidnapped Road Safety Official Released

The Akamkpa Local Government Area Station Officer of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, recently abducted by yet to be identified persons, was released from captivity this morning.

Nyambi Ndoma, an indigene of Okuni, Ikom LGA, was released to security men in the wee hours, Tuesday, after he was abducted in fuzzy circumstances on the Ikom/CALABAR highway, a route recently notorious for armed robbery and abductions. We cannot for certain say if a ransom was paid for his release, but police sources maintained to www.calitown.com that the victim has been immediately placed in a medical facility in Calabar for medical assessment.

UPDATED :
The Nigerian Medical Association, NMA, has confirmed the rescue of two kidnapped doctors, and others, just released. She also expressed gratitude to CRS governor, Ben Ayade and security agencies in the state for the release of the victims
