CR 2015: Six Aspirants Screen For Gov’ship In PH, Legor Idagbo Absent

Posted on November 22, 2014 By Admin No Comments on CR 2015: Six Aspirants Screen For Gov’ship In PH, Legor Idagbo Absent

pdpInformation just in from www.calitown.com sources on the ground in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, venue of the PDP screening exercise for gubernatorial aspirants indicate that six Cross Riverians have presented themselves for the exercise, hoping to make it to Peregrino House in 2015.

The six include, Catholic priest, Francis Agantem Eworo, Emmanuel Ibeshi, House of Assembly Speaker, Larry Odey, Goddy Jedy Agba, Fidelis Ugbo and Ben Ayade. When www.calitown.com sought to know if Legor Idagbo was at the exercise, the source replied saying; “I have not seen him here. The list of people sent to you are those on the ground here”.

Idagbo’s absence may further fuel a whirlwind rumour pointing to the fact that he may have withdrawn from the race and has sights set on a legislative position at the national level. While attempts to reach him were unsuccessful, one political pundit told www.calitown.com that “since everything is possible in politics, whatever political direction Idagbo chooses to take after now is something personal”.
