“I Am A Proud APC Member”: CR House Of Reps Member Refutes Link To ADC

Posted on July 16, 2025July 17, 2025 By Admin No Comments on “I Am A Proud APC Member”: CR House Of Reps Member Refutes Link To ADC
Egbona.

Alex Egbona, who represents Abi/Yakurr Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, says he is “a proud member of the All Progressives Congress, APC,” and that information about his rumoured romance with coalition party, ADC, is not true.

He insists that he, “categorically refutes the information contained in the minutes of the ADC inaugural meeting of stakeholders held on July 12, 2025, which suggests that I, Hon. Alex Egbona, Member representing Abi/Yakurr Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, sent an apology to the convener of the meeting.”

“I wish to state that the information is entirely false and fabricated. I did not send any apology to the convener, nor did I authorize anyone to do so on my behalf. My political affiliation remains with the APC, and I have no intention of defecting to any other party. I am committed to my constituency and the APC.”

He emphatically maintained to www.calitown.com that, “I have no present need to abandon a party that has astutely stood behind my political ambition. If I want to move to any other party, I won’t do that hiddenly”, he emphasized.
