While Cross River State is still grappling with the death of Anthony Ukpo, a Cross Riverian and former military administrator of Rivers State, we can authoritatively inform that former military administrator of Cross River State, Ibrahim Kefas, a retired Air Commodore, has passed on.

Kefas who was military administrator of Cross River State between December 1993 and September 1994, and then of Delta State until August 1996 during the military regime of General Sani Abacha, passed on earlier today, October 1, 2021 and has since been buried according to Muslim rites.
