Nationa Vice-Chairman, South-South of the All Progressives Congress, Hillard Eta, had a thanksgiving service today at the St. Charles Lwanga Catholic Church, Essien Town, Calabar. He was also installed thereafter as the Nta Nta I of Calabar.
