Of this figure, there is word going around that the Southern and Central senatorial districts of the state may grab 20 positions each, while the North of the state may settle for 10. The disparity is not unrelated to the fact that state governor, “…Ben Ayade and a huge chunk of his political appointees are from the Northern senatorial district, so it may become necessary to balance whatever loopsidedness we have perceived in his appointments by having more board members come from the Central and Southern senatorial districts”, one party faithful said.
