Posted on January 6, 2014January 6, 2014 By Admin No Comments on Uyo Branch Of FBN Plc Under ‘Traditional’ Lock

An Uyo branch of First Bank Nigeria PLC is under traditional lock and keys after unknown persons reportedly placed ‘African Science’ at the entrance of the banking hall.

The bank’s premises/property owned by indigenous firm, Joesco Group of Companies, Uyo, and considered as the most patronized bank branch in Akwa Ibom State, is thought to be at the centre of a bitter feud between the owners of the property and the bank. But one source told calitown.com that an aggrieved customer of the bank resorted to the use of ‘African Science’ to drive home his point.

Scary 2

However, customers were seen in large numbers drawing cash on the Automated Teller Machine, ATM, while uncertainty surrounds the next line of action for the bank.
