Cross River State Governor, Senator Liyel Imoke will, today,Thursday 10th of July, 2014, perform the groundbreaking ceremony of the Calabar Golf Estate project, a public, private partnership between the Cross River State Government and UAC Property Development Company Limited (UPDCL). The venue of the ceremony is the Calabar Golf Estate, Summit Hills, Off Murtala Mohammed Highway, Calabar.

The project, located within the serene and beautiful Summit Hills is targeting the construction of 200 medium to high-end residential houses to be made available to interested members of the public.
