BREAKING: Ayade’s Appointee Shuts Down CR Agency

Bisong’s vehicle parked and blocking access to the Agency

There is a show of shame currently unfolding as the Special Assistant to the Cross River State governor on Environment, Joe Bisong, has this Monday morning, parked his vehicle at the gate of the Cross River State Waste Management Agency, denying staff of the Agency and other people doing business with the Agency from gaining access into the Agency’s premises on Murtala Mohammed Highway, Calabar.

When www.calitown.com reporters arrived the premises shortly after 8:30am this morning, Bisong’s Nissan Pathfinder with registration number, KSF 685 BG, was visibly seen parked blocking access with several Agency staff seen bemoaning “the brazen show of impunity”, as one source referred to the action.

Another source at the Agency’s premises who spoke with www.calitown.com said Bisong, a waste management contractor is owed an undisclosed sum of money and appears to have severally tried to get the debt settled but to no avail.

Christian Ita, Chief Press Secretary to Gov. Ayade, when contacted by www.calitown.com, this morning, disclosed that Bisong’s action was individually carried out and cannot therefore be tied to Ayade. He however regretted that an aide to the governor will carry out such an ugly action. Bisong was unavailable for comments at press time and attempts to reach him over the phone were unsuccessful.

It’s unfortunate. Situations drive a man to do the unimaginable. The case should be looked into. Not to condemn his actions. You don’t know what he is passing through.

My attention has been drawn to the baseless, false, unfounded and bias publication by the calitown online media. This publication is false and misleading. I am not a waste contractor neither is anybody indebted to me neither am I indebted to anybody in connection with waste evacuation. The reasons reasons for my visit to the premises of the cross river state management Agency was purely personal. For the records. Calitown should cross check their information before publication. I demand an apology from Calitown within 24hours or better still retrieve t

My attention has been drawn to the false, malicious, misleading and irresponsible publication against my person by calitown. Com. The report in its totality is ill motivated, baseless and of no consequence. I am not and have never been a waste contractor to the cross river state. I am not indebted to any waste contractor neither has any confronted me. I am the senior Special Assistant to the Governor of CRS on Environment, political reconciliation and reintegration. My visit to the premises of the waste management Agency calabar on Monday was simply on my routine job schedule to visit Department under out management. No gate of the said premises was blocked for any reason what soever. I therefore demand a written apology from the management of calitown. Com for this irresponsible report. Better still withdrawn or retrieve this false and offending self seeking publication. Be warned
