AMAZING: Nigeria Anti-Graft Commission Grills Obono-Obla Under The Sun

Obla (sitting) under the sun at the ICPC office after his arrest.

After the arrest of suspended Chairman, Special Presidential Investigation Panel for the Recovery of Public Property, SPIP, Okoi Obono-Obla by the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission, ICPC, this past Friday in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital, pictures from Nigeria’s capital amazingly show that the profiling procedure for Obla was done under the sun,http://www.calitown.comcan reveal.

While the agency’s headquarters on 802 Constitution Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja, has ample office space, officials of the agency choose space under the sun for the profiling,

Obla can be seen in the pictures seating on what appears to be a stool, a deviant frown on his face, while an ICPC official clearly donning a vest with the bold inscription, ICPC, on the back, does the profiling. No reason was given for the decision to keep Obla under the sun after his arrest. Sources in Abuja say the ICPC is investigating “…allegations of abuse of office, certificate forgery and fraud amongst others”, levelled against Obla. At press time, Obla was yet to speak with his lawyers as he remains in the custody of the anti-graft agency.
