The High Court of Plateau state sitting in Jos has just dismissed the charge of forgery brought by the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission, ICPC, against former presidential aide Okoi Obono-obla.

Efa Oka, counsel Obla, informed www.calitown.com that “the court held that the charge against Obla, was an abuse of court process and that ICPC cannot prosecute for an offence that was purportedly committed 15 years before it was established.”
