C’R GOVERNORSHIP: Bassey Otu, Owan Enoh, Declare April 7, April 10!

Posted on April 7, 2022 By Admin No Comments on C’R GOVERNORSHIP: Bassey Otu, Owan Enoh, Declare April 7, April 10!
L-R: Owan Enoh, Bassey Otu

Two aspirants, Bassey Otu and John Owan Enoh, have concluded plans to formally declare their intentions to run for governor of Cross River State on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, in 2023, www calitown.com can authoritatively reveal.

Bassey Otu will formally declare his ambition today, Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Five-Two-Zero Kolanut Event Centre in Calabar, while Owan Enoh will follow suit on Sunday, April 10, 2022, in Ogoja, beginning with thanksgiving mass from 10am.

Otu and Owan are by no stroke of imagination, strong aspirants that have  huge political following. Owan’s perceived political formidability appears to have challenged the ‘Back to South’ mantra of the Ayade administration, forcing the All Progressives Congress, APC, to loosen her grip on the believe that only party members from the South of CRS, will have a shot at the gubernatorial position.

Otu, popular on the street as “Sweet Prince”, also enjoys mass appeal and political goodwill, even coming with electoral experience that should cow his opponents. He appears to be a credible answer to taunts all this while that CR South has no formidable aspirants to run for the office of governor, CRS.
