Egbona

Alex Egbona, who represents Abi/Yakurr Federal Constituency in Nigeria’s House of Representatives, has concluded plans to deliver a four-day comprehensive medical outreach to his constituents. The free medical outreach which will run from Thursday,14th to Sunday,17th November, 2024, will cover all communities in the Federal Constituency.

Information available from the legislators office show that, PHC Nkopolo/Ukpawen, Nko, PHC Mkpani, PHC Ntan, Ekori, Model PHC, Usene, Ijom, Ugep, will be venues for the outreach in Yakurr LGA, beginning at 9 in the morning till 6 in the evening, each day, while PHC, Ebom, Agbara Health Centre, Model PHC, Imabana and PHC, Itigidi, will be venues for this exercise in Abi LGA.

We gather that medical experts drawn from within and outside the state, will be available at this exercise to attend to the medical needs of most of his constituents, offering clinical services and performing surgeries.

Egbona informed www.calitown.com that “this medical outreach is something I hold dear to my heart and I show commitment to it because of the very many medical challenges my people encounter. I may not be able to do it all, certainly too, I should not just sit back and do nothing; the little I will do may be the difference between life and death to some people”.
