FCE Obudu Lecturer Dies In His Sleep

Posted on August 14, 2019 By Admin No Comments on FCE Obudu Lecturer Dies In His Sleep
Eteng, the deceased

We can authoritatively inform that tears and sorrows have presently overtaken the student and academic community of the Federal College of Education, FCE, Obudu, Cross River State, after the community woke up this morning without one of their own.

William Eteng, an academic doctor and Head, Education Foundation in the institution, died in his sleep this morning of unknown causes. The www.calitown.com reporter in the institution reports that, “the man came back to Obudu from Lagos yesterday, where he had gone for a church function. I was told that he slept at home with his family and didn’t wake up. There is a huge crowd of persons here in his house now. A doctor has been here to examine him, I scooped that the doctor certified him dead but his shocked church members are gathered here like an army praying profusely, refusing to accept that the academician has passed on.”

Eteng, an alumnus of Hope Waddell Training Institution, Calabar and the University of Calabar, is a native of Mkpani, Yakurr LGA. He is married with children.
