An order of events for the funeral of late Boki-born Abuja based lawyer, Mathew Mkpe Ojua, has been released. The order of events indicate that Ojua will be buried at mid-day, Wednesday, December 30, 2015, in Bashua, Boki Local Government Area, Cross River State.

The order of events signed by Max Ogar, reveals further that Opening of Mourning House and opening of Condolence Register at the deceased’s Country Home (Stone House, Bashua, Boki Local Government Area, Cross River State), will take place on Monday, December 28, 2015, while a Service of Songs will hold next day, Tuesday, December 29, 2015, from 6pm at the deceased’s residence in Bashua, Boki Local Government.

Ojua’s remains will briefly stop over at his Ikom law office, 22 Okim Osabor Street, Four Corners, Ikom, on Wednesday, December 29, 2015, before a valedictory court session at the High Court, Ikom. There will also be a brief stopover at the Holy Family Catholic Church, before departing for the Funeral Mass at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Bashua, Boki Local Government Area, Cross River State.

Interment is at the deceased’s residence in Bashua, Boki Local Government Area, Cross River State is at mid-day, December 29, 2015. Ojua, the Principal partner in the law firm, Matthew Ojua & Co. died on December 5, 2015 in a South African hospital.
