Nigeria’s Minister of Sports Development, John Owan Enoh, has taken a break from his hectic administrative and political schedule to pen romantic lines to his wife, Rachel, as she marks her birthday.
The minister wrote:
“Rachel, my dear wife, as you blow out the candles, know that you have brought light and love into our home in countless ways. You have stood virtuous throughout your years on earth.”

Rachel Owan-Enoh is the mother of the minister’s three children; Rachel, John Jr., and
