dangerIt doesn’t come worse than this…there is a new MENACE in town. Those who have encountered them say they are ruthless to the bone, rob for a living and defend their territory with their blood. Calabar’s latest MENACE is called SCOLOMBO, an army of street kids who have embraced violent crime and have recently unleashed untold mayhem on individuals and large parts of Calabar South.

    Good governance has fruits that do not ressembble this development at all. Far down the road of time,it will destroy Calabar city.
