Calabar’s latest MENACE is called SCOLOMBO, an army of street kids who have embraced violent crime and have recently unleashed untold mayhem on individuals and large parts of Calabar South.

    Good governance has fruits that do not ressembble this development at all. Far down the road of time,it will destroy Calabar city.
