Magdalene & Daniel

The Akwa Ibom State University, Obio Akpo, is in the news for all the right reasons after a set of twins, Daniel and Magdalene Archibong, graduated from the same department with first class degrees.

In separate “Notification of Degree Result” documents sent to Archibong, Magdalene Nkamenyin with registration number, AK16/AGR/AEC/005, and Archibong, Daniel Nkamenyin, with registration number, AKS16/AGR/AEC/004, dated March 30th, 2023, signed by Mfon Ukpabio, Deputy Registrar of the Akwa Ibom State University that the twins were notified that the Senate of the university at her 86th meeting held on January 25th, 2023, “approved that you have satisfied the requirements and qualified for the award of the degree of Bachelor of Agricultural Economics and Extension with First Class honours”.

Sources in the university confirmed to www.calitown.com that this exceptional feat has been applauded by all and sundry. It also has drawn cult like followership to the twins.
