The landmark case which seems to have put everything on hold in Cross River State has just been ruled in favour of CR governor, Ben Ayade. Joe Agi, SAN, had dragged Ayade before a Federal High Court in Abuja, seeking to have Ayade thrown out as governor. This means that Ayade has been exonerated from any wrongdoing.
