This special reference book on personalities in Cross River has been described as “the most comprehensive, concise and authoritative personality profile reference book ever published in the state”.

Jointly edited by the Cross River Commissioner for Information, Akin Ricketts, former Commissioner for Information and later, Youth and Sports, Patrick Ugbe; as well as the Special Assistant, Media, Strategy and Documentation in the Office of the Wife of Governor, Mr. Kammonke Abam, this edition is coming 13 years after the work was first published in 2000.
