Funeral Obsequies!

It is with a deep sense of loss but with total submission to God’s will that we announce the funeral obsequies of our Father, Friend, Brother, Grandfather and role model:

Burial Arrangements are as follows:

Monday: 24th February 2014

*9.00am: Opening of Mourning House and opening of Condolence Registers at: The Institute of Public Policy & Adminitration (University of Calabar)

The Calabar Sports Club and at the deceased residence, No. 7, Ntufam Matthew Ojong Avenue, Four Corners – Ikom, Ikom LGA, CRS.

 Tuesday: 25th February 2014

*9.00 am: Body Leaves National Hospital Mortuary, Abuja for Calabar, Cross River State.

*12.30pm: Body is received at Calabar Airport by family, friends & Well-wishers

Wednesday: 26th February 2014

*9.00am – 8.00pm Formal visitation by friends, well-wishers, the authorities and diverse groups at the deceased residence in Ikom

 Thursday February 2014: 27th

*10am – 12pm: Academic Ceremony for the deceased by the University of Calabar Community

*1.00pm – 3.30pm: Lying-in-State and valedictory ceremony at the Calabar Sports Club, Calabar.

*4.00pm – 9.00pm Civic: Ceremony (Government of Cross River State) and Service of Songs at the State Sports Council U.J. Esuene Stadium/Cultural Centre.

*10.00pm – Procession Service by Ekpache Nkomme Community in Ikom

 The Procession Service is to take place in Ikom independent of the Calabar events.

 Friday: 28th February 2014

*8.30am: Corpse Leaves Calabar for Ikom

*1.00pm: Corpse is received by the Chiefs and people of Ikom

*4.00pm: Corpse is received at the Palace of Okim Emang of Ekpache Nkomme Kingdom, Ikom Town

*7.00pm: All-night vigil at his residence: 7, Ntufam Matthew Ojong Avenue (Former Agric. Road), Four Corners, Ikom.

 Saturday: 1st March 2013

 *9.30am: Funeral Service (inter-denominational), Funeral Orations and Interment at Old Water Board Premises, Enoghi Village, Ikom Town.

 Reception at the Interment Venue/His Residence.

 Sunday:2nd March 2013

*9.00am: Thanksgiving Mass at Holy Family Catholic Church, Ikom Town, Cross River State.
