Ogoja Local Government Council boss, Rita Agbo Ayim has congratulated, the State Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Ntufam John Achort Okon, on the occasion of his 62nd Birthday Celebration.

In her congratulatory message to the People’s Democratic Party State Chairman, Ayim described Ntufam Okon as a man who has played positive roles that have aided the evolution of the party and the attainment of her present enviable and peaceful position. The council boss further noted that the celebrant’s life has been spent in the pursuit of human development and promotion of virtues anchored on improvement of all facets of life, especially in the party and thanked God for using him as a tool to reposition the party for posterity.

She minced no words in describing the Party Chairman as a man of many parts, a bureaucrat, a politician, a man of vision, wisdom, courage, humility and a source of inspiration to all who come by him. She was particular that Ntufam Okon’s loyalty was tested during the last Local Government Election in the State and he did not falter, leading the party instead to a clean sweep of all the seats as well as giving women and youths the opportunity to serve their people through elective and appointive positions. The council boss ended by wishing Okon all the best in life as he continues his good work.
