Across the length and breadth of Nigeria, several people are currently experiencing torrid times trying to buy petrol. This morning at the NNPC filling station in Calabar, Cross River State, this gentleman wearing a suit, refused to be deterred by his suit as he endured a torrid time, pushing his vehicle in a spirited attempt to secure petrol. Hard times indeed!
