CALABAR – REVEREND John Dakor, an associate of Evangelist Reinhard Bonke, says the great gospel Crusade in Calabar which is the first by the  Evangelist in 2018  will bring development  and blessings to Cross River State and other nrighbouring states .

Dakor  who is the Africa Director of Christ for All Nations said on Wednesday that  Calabar was not the initial plan of the venue for the crusade  but God revealed to the Evangelist after prayers that the crusade should take place in the city which shows that  God has a great plan for the  people of the state.
He said Bonke who  in December 2017 officially handed over to Reverend Daniel Kolenda  in Lagos as his successor  is holding a crusade for a record sixth time in Cross River State making the state one of the most visited by the Evangelist.
“ We really did not know we were coming to Calabar but it was after payers that God revealed that we should come here which is a record sixth time in this state.  It is the first crusade of the year and so Evangelist Boke is coming with blessings for businesses, families, marriages  and God knows what he intends to do in this land, the power of God will be present to  elevate the people”
He said Bonke has given indication that he will pray for the city and people of the state for industries, investors and international orgnisations to come to and invest inorder to create jobs and boost the economy of the state.
‘The power source for Evangelist Bonke is from Jesus and we have over the  years seen more miracles, more powerful testimonies, the blind see, the deaf hear and with his successor, Daniel Kolenda at the driving seat, we believe that the power ofr God will visits this land”.
He said over two million people are expected to attend the crusade and called on the pastors to work together and ensure that the city will see things that have never been witnessed  before .
Pastor Lawrence Ekwok, the Chairman of the Planning Committee for the Crusade and Chairman of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN in the state said the crusade will hold on 15th through 18th of February at the Cross River University of Technology ground in the heart of Calabar.
