tmp_images(3)-1925626838Family sources have informed www.calitown.com that retired Immigration chief, Felix Okoi has passed on. He is said to have passed on early this morning in his Ekorinim residence, Calabar.

Popularly called “Oka Butcher”, Okoi who hails from Usaja, Ikpakapit, Ugep, Yakurr LGA, is also reported to have been ill for a while now. His remains have been deposited at the mortuary as the family makes burial plans
