BREAKING: Eyo Ekpo Set To Challenge Ayade, Picks Governorship Form

Posted on August 30, 2018August 30, 2018 By Admin No Comments on BREAKING: Eyo Ekpo Set To Challenge Ayade, Picks Governorship Form
Ekpo (R), obtaining the form in Abuja.

We can authoritatively reveal that former Attorney-General of Cross River State, Eyo Ekpo, has decisively thrown his hat into the gubernatorial race in the state after he picked up his governorship form this afternoon in Abuja.

When contacted just minutes ago, Ekpo confirmed he had secured the form and was “…at the airport in Abuja waiting to catch a flight to Calabar after obtaining my form.” He told www.calitown.com that a formal press statement to this effect will be circulated shortly.

Ekpo, an urbane legal practitioner who has built his campaign around the hashtag, #RecoverandRestore, will represent the Social Democratic Party, SDP as he goes head to head with other aspirants seeking to unseat incumbent, Ben Ayade, largely criticised for neglecting critical infrastructure in the state.
