For a week and counting, an earthquake has hit the household of a flamboyant and prominent Calabar pastor (name withheld for now ) after his wife shockingly discovered he had all along been sleeping with her niece in their matrimonial home.
The heavily broken wife who is presently depressed, sources informed www.calitown.com, found out about her husband’s unholy relationship with her niece after she stumbled on her nieces’ phone and found a horde of nude pictures she was constantly exchanging with her husband.
Her niece, believed to be in her twenties, is said to have been lured into this alliance by the pastor who showered her with expensive gifts, behind his wife’s back.
“Last Sunday, not many people in church were able to see through Madam Pastor’s mood as she ghosted through service, even as she was with her husband. It is not so much of a problem to her that pastor sleeps with several women outside and female church members; she has tried to prayerfully cope with that, but for her husband to have a serial relationship with her niece, under the same roof with her, is too much for her to take”, a close confidant told us.
Today, Sunday, December 3, 2023, we can reliably inform that while there is a crowd pulling programme holding in church, presided over by the pastor who prefers the title “Apostle”, another source believe the woman should not “swim in her husband’s deceptive religious nature”. We again were informed that, madam’s depression is becoming heightened as her husband may have discreetly commenced the implementation of schemes to make his wife evidences sound like a broken record, instead of make atonement for this ugly alliance, but “when the pictures and evidence start flying, we are afraid another ministry in Calabar may be going down”, we were told.
