Essessien Edem, Board Chairman of the Cross River State Microfinance and Enterprise Development Agency, has congratulated Cross River State first lady, Eyoanwan Otu, on the occasion of her 61st birthday.

Edem in a written statement sent to www.calitown.com, remarked that, as “Her Excellency marks another year of life, my family and I honour her remarkable legacy, her inspiring leadership, and her unwavering dedication to Cross River State.

“As someone who brings elegance, compassion, and strength to the role of our First Lady, your special day will be filled with love, laughter, and all the favourite things God has specifically kept in store for you. In good and bad times, God will be there for you, shelter you and grant you continuous grace to remain a worthy partner to our state governor.”
