The first lady of Cross River State, Eyoanwan Otu, has been described as “a blessing to the world, a woman of substance and a perfect pillar of support to her husband and governor of the state, Bassey Edet Otu.”

Special Adviser, Surveillance and Operation, Cross River State, Wonor Austin Ibu, made these statement as he paid glowing tribute to the first lady on her 61st birthday.

Ibu added that, “I call you Better Mama because you are the best. Your hospitable nature has no boundaries, your compassion cannot be compared, while your generosity is God sent.”

“I send you the very best wishes. I pray too that as we gather to celebrate your life, your legacy, and your countless contributions to our state and the world, you will continue to triumph over challenges and fulfil God’s plan for you. Happy birthday Her Excellency”, he concluded.
