The new PDP secretariat.

Smarting from the defection of Cross River State governor, Ben Ayade, from the PDP to the APC as well as his contentious decision to turn over the former CRS secretariat of the PDP to the APC, the PDP will today open her new state secretariat in CRS, www.calitown.com can report.

Located on Mary Slessor Avenue, Calabar, in the building that use to house Zoo Garden Hotel, former CRS governor, Liyel Imoke, leading Sandy Onoh, senator representing CR Central Senatorial district and a retinue of PDP faithful, were received on arrival by PDP Caretaker Committee Chairman, Efiok Cobham, Caretaker Committee Secretary, Eko Atu, among others.

Imoke was seen inspecting finishing touches to parts of the building to host the event to be presided over by Uche Secondus, National Chairman of the party.
