The University Management wishes to provide further clarification regarding the ongoing concerns relating to salary payments.

Over the past several weeks, the Vice-Chancellor has made deliberate and sustained efforts to ensure that the outstanding salary issues are addressed promptly and responsibly.

As part of these efforts, the Vice-Chancellor paid a formal visit to the Deputy Governor to discuss the matter extensively. During the meeting, the financial situation of the University and the concerns of staff were thoroughly presented and deliberated upon.

The Deputy Governor acknowledged the issues raised and assured Management that the matter would receive due attention.

Furthermore, the Governor, who has been duly informed and actively involved in discussions regarding the situation, has also indicated his commitment to looking into the matter upon his arrival in the State.

The University Management remains engaged with relevant authorities and stakeholders to facilitate a swift and amicable resolution.

Management appreciates the patience and understanding of staff, students, and the wider University community during this period and remains committed to transparency and responsible leadership.
