Video evidence obtained at the scene of the abduction show Ofuka being whisked away in a red Ford Ranger truck carrying no number plate. Security operatives in Calabar, acting on a tip off, immediately swung into action and apprehended the vehicle at the Goodluck Jonathan bye-pass. Investigations by www.calitown.com reportedly revealed that Ofuka’s abductors were taking him to Etung LGA, in Central CRS, to probably face the wrath of the retired police big wig. At press time, Ofuka and his apprehended abductors were at the CRS Police Command, Diamond Hill, Calabar, where investigations into the matter are on-going.
