Last Saturday, December 2, 2017, two senior citizens, renowned historian and university don, Otu Abam Ubi and retired permanent secretary in the Cross River state Civil Service, Ebri Usani Eteng,mni … were among several prominent sons and daughters of Cross River State confered with traditional titles by the Obol Lopon of Ugep, Obol Ofem Ubana, in a well attended ceremony at the monarch’s palace.
