Lebo

Victorious PDP House of Reps candidate and Speaker of the Cross River State House of Assembly, John Gaul Lebo, smarting from his election to represent Abi/Yakurr Federal Constituency, has written to express appreciation to fellow contestants, Eko Atu, Henry Enyong, Godswill Osim, Lebo Edu and Genevieve Edu, after the primary.

“I wish to appreciate all of you in no particular order, it was a fair contest and even though I won, it is Victory for and on behalf of you all. Politics is teamwork, you are viable and fully relevant statesmen. I will work with all of you and ensure that your relevance and interest remain protected in our constituency. God bless you all”, Lebo wrote.

To the constituents, “I want to sincerely thank you all for the massive support and endorsement especially from the delegates who voted for me at the PDP primaries , where I was elected overwhelmingly with 132 votes. I promise to remain focused, loyal and dedicated to deliver on the #Newdirection mandate.”

“A new constituency Governance model is possible and service delivery is at the centre of our passion . Victory belongs to all of us, my team, co aspirants, constituents and party faithfuls.”

When he spoke with www.calitown.com, yesterday, shortly before departing to Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Lebo maintained that he is committed to investing in a lot of work to be done in the constituency. “I will, with God on my side, work at making my representation standout in our constituency and of course when the general elections come, the people will stand behind me so we can make progress”, he concluded.
