This is the sour part of the 2013 Carnival Calabar. The soldiers stationed opposite the Water Board gate on Marian road had a field day assaulting civilians. In the picture, one of such hapless civilians is ordered to frog jump while the soldier standing by him with the cane, uses it repeatedly on him.
